The retirement of some of our senior ringers has meant we have had small teams and only been able to set six nets. We have made two catches this autumn.
On 28th August we caught:
- 4 Curlew, plus a retrap ringed as an adult in November 2012
- 5 Black-tailed Godwit
- 12 Redshank
- 1 Snipe
- 1 Ringed Plover
- 1 Grey Plover
- 1 Black-headed Gull
- 1 Oystercatcher
- 1 Dunlin
- 1 Knot
On 9th September we caught:
- 2 Curlew
- 1 Ruff
- 2 Black-tailed Godwit
- 3 Bar-tailed Godwit
- 10 Redshank, plus a retrap ringed as an adult in September 2015
- 1 Grey Plover
- 6 Dunlin
- 11 Knot
